Bearing the Burden of a Debtor’s Stint in Bankruptcy (aka Managing the Risks of an Administratively Insolvent Debtor)

On March 25, Brad Sandler will take part in a panel presentation on the topic of administratively insolvent debtors at the annual Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute. This panel will examine the impact administrative-expense claims have played in recent complex chapter 11 cases (especially during Covid) with a focus on the management of those claims and the strategy to exit an administratively insolvent bankruptcy.
