Bradford J. Sandler Named to the New Chapter 11 Local Rules Committee by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey

The firm is pleased to share that Brad Sandler was recently named a member of the new Chapter 11 Local Rules Committee by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. As an initial member of the committee, Brad will review and recommend changes to the existing chapter 11 procedures and rules to help ensure the continuing predictability and efficiency of the chapter 11 bankruptcy process in one of the leading bankruptcy jurisdictions in the United States.
