We are pleased to announce that Bradford J. Sandler will moderate the panel “Can Claude Be Your Associate? Ethical Issues of Using AI in the Practice of Law” at AIRA’s 42nd Annual Bankruptcy and Restructuring Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. The panel will examine the ethics of generative AI in legal practice, including attorney responsibility for AI-generated errors, supervision of AI-assisted work, risks to client confidentiality and privilege, and exposure to malpractice claims. Panelists will offer practical guidance on how attorneys can leverage AI tools while meeting their professional obligations. Brad’s panel will take place on Friday, June 5 at 1:45 PM.
