AFH Air Pros, LLC

Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 cases of AFH Air Pros, LLC and its debtor affiliates in the Northern District of Georgia.  Air Pros was a professional home services provider offering a wide range of solutions for residential and commercial clients, specializing in HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and air quality solutions. Prior to the chapter 11 filing, the debtors grew to over 700 employees, 600 vehicles, and hundreds of thousands of customers across eight states including Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Through the firm’s efforts, the creditors’ committee investigated potential estate causes of action against the debtors’ lenders and negotiated a settlement with the lenders and debtors reflected in a liquidating plan (confirmed in September 2025) providing for a litigation trust funded with cash to pursue certain causes of action for the benefit of unsecured creditors.
