Agspring Mississippi Region

Representation of Agspring Mississippi Region and its debtor affiliates, each of whom filed for bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in September 2021. Prior to the commencement of the bankruptcy cases, the debtors had been embroiled in litigation with a former Agspring executive and certain related entities. The litigation parties filed proofs of claim against the debtors in excess of $29 million. During the bankruptcy cases, the debtors liquidated all of their property and reached a global agreement with the litigation parties that resolved the claims and all pending litigation between the parties. Following the bankruptcy court’s approval of the settlement, the bankruptcy cases were dismissed.
