Alto Maipo Delaware LLC

Representation as co-counsel to Cerberus FSBA Corporate Credit Fund in the chapter 11 cases of Alto Maipo Delaware LLC and Alto Maipo SpA in the District of Delaware. Alto Maipo was incorporated as a special purpose company under the laws of Chile in 2011. Its primary business purpose was the construction and eventual operation of a large run-of-river hydroelectric project in the Andes Mountains, approximately 30 miles southeast of Santiago, Chile. Cerberus was a supporting party under the restructuring support agreement by which Alto Maipo ultimately confirmed its successful restructuring plan in May 2022.
