Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 cases of AN Global in the District of Delaware. The debtors were a global provider of end-to-end digital transformation services ranging from software creation to digital marketing with operations in the U.S., Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica and Spain, and more than 2,100 employees. The firm advised the committee as the debtors successfully sold substantially all of their assets and proceeded to wind down their affairs.
