As of the bankruptcy filing, C&W was the second largest hosting services provider in the U.S. and one of the largest carriers of internet traffic, focusing on blue chip Fortune 1000 companies. The confirmation of C&W’s plan by the Delaware bankruptcy court resolved in excess of $6.8 billion in claims.
