Representation as co-counsel of Charleston Associates and certain affiliates in their chapter 11 bankruptcy case in the District of Delaware. Charleston Associates owned a large, high-end shopping center in Las Vegas. Through the firm’s efforts, the company was able to successfully restructure its debt obligations and confirm a chapter 11 plan that allowed the reorganized company to continue its operations.
