Christopher & Banks, Inc.

The Firm served as counsel to the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Christopher & Banks, Inc., a specialty women’s apparel retailer.  The retailer commenced the bankruptcy case in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, to conduct store closing sales (450 stores in 44 states) and sell its e-commerce operation and other assets.
