Representation of a group of secured term-loan lenders to Clover Technologies Group in the District of Delaware. The company is an international, after-market printer and imaging supply and wireless reclamation/resale company, with over 9,000 employees in over 120 countries. The firm advised the term-lender group through the debtors’ chapter 11 cases, culminating with the confirmation of a prepackaged plan under which the lenders’ $644 million in secured loans was converted to new equity interests in the reorganized company.
