Cetero provides contract pharmacological and bioanalytical testing for name-brand pharmaceutical and generic drug companies through several laboratories across the United States and Canada. The firm played a leading role in negotiating a chapter 11 plan that created a liquidating trust for the benefit of unsecured creditors.
