Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Empire Beef in the Western District of New York. The creditors’ committee for Empire Beef – one of the largest wholesale beef, poultry, and seafood suppliers in the Northeast – was comprised of meat suppliers, a union, and a trucking company.
