EV Energy Partners

Representation as co-counsel of EV Energy Partners, an independent oil and gas company engaged in the acquisition, operation and development of onshore oil and gas properties in the United States, in its chapter 11 case in the District of Delaware. On June 4, 2018, EV Energy successfully confirmed a plan of reorganization and emerged from chapter 11 as Harvest Oil & Gas Corp. The agreement reached with noteholders and lenders set forth in the plan eliminated approximately $355 million of debt and accrued interest from its balance sheet and significantly enhanced the company’s financial flexibility.
