Representation of Fluid Market and Fluid Fleet Services in their bankruptcy cases in the District of Delaware. The debtors operate a technology-based, peer-to-peer truck-sharing platform available in 400 cities located in 32 states for the rental of trucks, cargo vans and box trucks (comprising a fleet of approximately 5,500 vehicles). The vehicles are owned by the nondebtor affiliates or other third-party owners who have elected to put their vehicles on the debtors’ platform. The companies plan to pursue a sale of substantially all of their assets.
