The debtor, a dairy and milk processor with a focus on ice cream products based in Fernbridge, California, reported approximately $100 million in sales in 2008 before its chief executive officer resigned amid a fraud scandal that prompted a criminal investigation. A sale of the debtor’s operating assets concluded and a liquidating plan was confirmed in 2009.
