Representation of the creditors’ committee appointed in the chapter 11 cases of Lifescan Global and its debtor affiliates in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. The debtors are a leader in delivering personalized health, wellness and digital solutions to people with diabetes, with a large portfolio of diabetes-related products and services including blood glucose monitoring, with 1,300 employees and operations in 50 countries.
