Representation of the creditors’ committee as co-counsel in the chapter 11 case of Magna Entertainment and its related debtor affiliates in the District of Delaware. The case involved the restructuring and sale of horse racing tracks and related businesses. The committee also initiated litigation against certain of the debtor affiliates, which was resolved favorably for creditors and resulted in a significant enhancement of the estate.
