Representation of certain parties in interest in the chapter 11 cases of Mallinckrodt plc and its debtor-affiliates in the District of Delaware. Prefiling, the debtors and their nondebtor affiliates operated a global specialty biopharmaceutical company producing and selling generic and branded pharmaceutical products, including opioids and other controlled substances. The firm advised its clients as the debtors obtained confirmation of a reorganization plan (resulting in a deleveraged balance sheet) and sold certain of their assets.
