Mariner Health Central

Representation of Mariner Health Central and its affiliated debtors as co-counsel in their chapter 11 case in the District of Delaware. Together, the debtors operate a 121-bed skilled nursing facility in California. The debtors are part of a larger group of health care providers, consultants, and holding companies relating to the operation of twenty skilled nursing facilities. The debtors filed for bankruptcy protection in September 2022. Shortly after its formation, the creditors’ committee moved for a transfer of venue. In October 2022, the Delaware Bankruptcy Court transferred venue of the debtors’ bankruptcy cases to the Northern District of California.
