Mariner Post-Acute Network

Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Mariner Post-Acute Network and its affiliated debtors in the District of Delaware. In this case involving one of the nation’s largest operators of skilled nursing facilities, the firm successfully negotiated for a distribution to general unsecured creditors in a case where no such distribution had been expected. In addition, two firm attorneys represented the debtor in this case before joining the firm.
