Near Intelligence, Inc.

The Firm serves as counsel to the post-confirmation trustee of Near Intelligence, Inc. and its debtor affiliates.  Prior to their chapter 11 filing in Delaware bankruptcy court, the debtors were one of the largest consumer data intelligence companies in the world, offering software-as-a-service products through which users could access curated data based on large-scale, real-world and real-time global data sets like locations and brand affinity.  The debtors obtained confirmation of their liquidating plan, and the post-confirmation trustee, with the Firm’s assistance is pursuing valuable claims and litigation against insiders, fraudulent transfers, and other estate claims and administering the estates’ remaining assets.
