Paragon Offshore PLC

Representation of the Paragon Litigation Trust, which was formed upon confirmation of the chapter 11 plan of Paragon Offshore plc, as co-counsel. Paragon filed for chapter 11 in February 2016 in the District of Delaware. The Paragon Litigation Trust was formed to, among other tasks, pursue claims against Paragon’s former parent company and other directors and officers as a result of a spin-off in February 2014.
