Representation of Sequential Brands (previously listed on NASDAQ) and its debtor affiliates in their chapter 11 case in the District of Delaware. The debtors owned, promoted, marketed, and licensed a portfolio of well-known consumer brands including Gaiam®, Jessica Simpson®, William Rast®, and Joe’s Jeans®. With the firm’s assistance, the debtors obtained approval of a $150m DIP financing facility, substantially all of the debtors’ assets were successfully sold in the chapter 11 case through several transactions, and the debtors confirmed a liquidating plan establishing a liquidating trust for the benefit of creditors.
