Sullivan Vineyards

The firm represented the five brothers and sisters of the Sullivan family in the chapter 11 case of their Napa Valley winery, Sullivan Family Vineyards. As counsel to equity, the firm negotiated, filed, and confirmed chapter 11 plans for both the vineyard-owning debtor and the winery debtor over the objection of a well-funded creditor whose claim was ultimately disallowed in full. All estate funds remaining after payment in full of allowed claims went to the firm’s clients.
