Current Issues Concerning and New Dilemmas for Committees

Laura Davis Jones will facilitate a panel discussion on committees in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. The panel will focus on judges’ views of various types of committees (incuding ad hoc committees), the effect of committee makeup, and the impact of Jevic on the ability of unsecured creditors’ committees obtaining recoveries for their constituents.
