Individual Chapter 11 Confirmation Mock Hearing

Henry Kevane will be part of this panel at the annual conference of the California Bankruptcy Forum, which will conduct a mock confirmation hearing in an individual’s chapter 11 case. Issues unique to individuals, such as the applicability of the absolute priority rule and best efforts under section 1129(a)(15), will be explored in the course of the hearing.
