Laura Davis Jones to Present on "Liquidity Challenges in Chapter 11"

The firm is pleased to share that Laura Davis Jones will be speaking at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) session at the National Conference for Bankruptcy Judges’ (NCBJ) 100th Annual Conference in San Diego, CA. Laura’s panel, entitled “Liquidity Challenges in Chapter 11,” will take place at 9:45 a.m. PST on Saturday, October 10. Providing the perspective of a debtor attorney, Laura will discuss how she approaches chapter 11 cases in the prepetition phase and negotiates with the lender to obtain DIP financing or cash collateral.

In its 100th year, the Annual NCBJ Conference will bring together bankruptcy judges from across the country and beyond, alongside the full breadth of the bankruptcy law community, practitioners, scholars, trustees, and advocates.
