PSZJ’s Representation of Creditors’ Committee in Sleep Number Bankruptcy Covered in Law360

We are pleased to share that Law360 recently published an article spotlighting the PSZJ team leading the firm’s representation of the unsecured creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Sleep Number Corporation. The mattress company filed for bankruptcy on June 12, 2026, with over $672 million in funded debt. A New York bankruptcy judge approved a nearly $702 million sale of the company to Canadian bedding retailer Sleep Country. The sale follows an agreement to postpone potential future severance payments until the court determines if they would break bankruptcy law.
