Series LLCs in Bankruptcy: A Frank Discussion

Laura Davis Jones will participate in a panel discussion of the series limited liability company in bankruptcy (a “series llc” provides liability protection across multiple “series,” each of which is theoretically protected from liabilities arising from the other series) as part of Widener Law School’s Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law. The panels are made up of Delaware bankruptcy judges, Delaware state court judges, and practitioners from all over the country who specialize in bankruptcy law and corporate law.
