Brad Sandler will be part of this program, which will provide guidance for counsel and other advisors to foreign entities that are considering or seeking to establish operations and conduct business in the United States. The program will address organizational and structural issues, such as choice of entity and selection of US domicile state; tax planning necessary to establish and begin operations for a United States entity; contracting and particularly cross-border contracting considerations; and dealing with United States bankruptcy laws and practice in connection with delinquent customers.
