Steven Golden Named to Global Restructuring Review’s 40 Under 40 List

The firm is pleased to announce that Steven Golden has been named to the Global Restructuring Review’s (GRR) 40 Under 40 2026 list. This is the third 40 Under 40 list published by GRR highlighting the next generation of accomplished young cross-border restructuring and insolvency specialists.

This recognition is a result of Steve’s outstanding work over the past year, including his representations of Nexii Building Solutions Inc. in their chapter 15, representation of a party in interest in the chapter 15 case of Geden Holdings, and representation of Professor Soogeun Oh, the Foreign Representative of Mr. Junho Bang, one of the single largest creditors in FTX Trading Ltd.’s chapter 15 proceeding.
