Sandler to attend the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group V (Insolvency Law)’s 66th Session. As a member of NABT’s International Committee, Brad will act as a Working Group delegate alongside his fellow committee members.
Taking place May 12-16, 2025, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, this session will be the eighth session devoted to the consideration of two topics: asset tracking and recovery in insolvency proceedings; and applicable law in insolvency proceedings.
