Working Together: Collaboration Between Secured Creditors and Unsecured Constituents

Brad Sandler will be participating in an upcoming panel as part of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 2024 Annual Spring Meeting, taking place April 18-20, 2024, in Washington, DC. The panel, entitled “Working Together: Collaboration Between Secured Creditors and Unsecured Constituents,” will take place at 11:15 am ET on Saturday, April 20, and will discuss the historical relationship between secured and unsecured creditors in reorganization cases, and explore recent instances where the groups have worked together to create value for their constituents.
