Representation of Sager Creek after it purchased Allens, Inc. out of bankruptcy and handled Sager Creek’s out-of-court stabilization and sale of its business to Del Monte Foods. Sager Creek employed approximately 1,000 people in Arkansas, Wisconsin and North Carolina, operating as a canner of fruits and vegetables.
