CraftWorks is the nation’s leading operator and franchisor of steakhouses and craft beer brewery restaurants in the U.S., with over 330 locations in 39 states and D.C. and abroad, including Logan’s Roadhouse and Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom. With the firm’s assistance, the debtors sold substantially all of their assets expeditiously after the case filing. Ultimately, the debtors, together with the creditors’ committee, determined to dismiss the chapter 11 cases, avoiding the expense and delay of confirming a liquidating plan.
