Representation of the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 case of Immunicon Corporation in the District of Delaware. The debtors were in the business of developing and commercializing diagnostic and research products for cell analysis and molecular research. The firm’s representation led to the sale of substantially all of the debtors’ assets and a plan a liquidation that paid 100% to unsecured creditors and a dividend to equity holders. Following confirmation of the plan, the firm represented the liquidating trustee administering the debtors’ estate.
