Representation of The Parent Company and its subsidiaries during their chapter 11 winddown in the District of Delaware. At the time of their chapter 11 filings, the companies were a leading commerce, content, and new media company for families, including seven e-commerce sites and three revenue generating e-content sites. The firm negotiated and closed 13 sale transactions for the companies during the first 60 days of their cases and resolved issues with their lenders resulting in substantial recoveries for creditors.
