The company filed for bankruptcy protection after weakening sales in the restaurant industry, particularly in the casual dining segment, with a reorganization plan to shed $300,000,000 in debt. In bankruptcy, the company trimmed its debt to just over $100,000,000, and renegotiated leases to save $4,000,000 in annual costs. Logan’s Roadhouse successfully emerged from bankruptcy in November 2016.
