TGI Friday’s Inc.

The Firm is counsel to the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 cases of TGI Friday’s and its 22 debtor affiliates pending in the Northern District of Texas.  TGI Friday’s, a Dallas-based owner and operator of 39 casual dining restaurants across the U.S., sought to sell certain of its locations and other assets during the cases, and has obtained approval of and consummated various asset sales with the committee’s general support.  With the Firm’s assistance, the creditors’ committee is seeking a resolution to these chapter 11 cases for the benefit of all unsecured creditors, including the terms of a potential consensual plan.
