Case Overview

On June 25, 2022, Corsicana Bedding LLC and eleven affiliates filed chapter 11 petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas ("Bankruptcy Court"). Edward L. Morris is the presiding judge. On June 28, 2022, the Bankruptcy Court administratively consolidated the cases under docket number 22-90016 ("Corsicana cases"). 

Committee Appointment

On July 8, 2022, the United States Trustee appointed a committee of unsecured creditors in the Corsicana cases ("Committee"). Current members are Axle Logistics, FedEx Corporate Services, Iskeceli Celik Yay Tel Yan Urunleri A.S., JB Hunt, KKGF d/b/a UT&C, TWE Nonwovens US and Yilmar Dis Ticaret Ltd. Sirketi. The Committee has selected Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP ("PSZJ") as its counsel, subject to Bankruptcy Court approval. Robert Feinstein, Michael Warner and Bradford Sandler are the principal attorneys at PSZJ responsible for this engagement.
