Big Village Group Holding LLC

On February 8, 2023, Big Village Group Holding LLC and affiliated debtors Engine Group Holdings LLC; Big Village Holdings LLC; Big Village Group Inc.; Big Village Insights, Inc.; Big Village Media LLC, EMX Digital, Inc.; Big Village USA Corporation, Inc.; Big Village Agency, LLC; Balihoo, Inc.; Deep Focus, Inc.; and Trailer Park Holdings Inc. commenced chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware ("Bankruptcy Court"). Judge Craig T Goldblatt is the presiding judge. On February 9, the Bankruptcy Court ordered that the cases be administratively consolidated under case number 23-10174 (hereinafter the consolidated debtors will be referred to collectively as "Big Village").

Committee Appointment

On February 23, 2023, the United States Trustee appointed the following to a committee of unsecured creditors: CPX Interactive, Columbia Property Trust Inc., Samsung Electronics America, Consumable Inc., Philo Inc., Content IQ, and Roku  (the "Committee"). The Committee selected Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP ("PSZJ") as Committee counsel; Bankruptcy Court approval of the employment of the employment is  pending. Steven Golden is the principal attorney at PSZJ responsible for this engagement.
