Malhar Pagay will take part in a panel discussion on the constitutional limits of bankruptcy court jurisdiction and authority, focusing on how recent decisions implicating the Supreme Court's holding in Stern v. Marshall address these limits. The panelists will analyze when state-law actions may be maintained in bankruptcy court and when the bankruptcy court can enter final orders.
