John Fiero will join a panel discussion of venue choice in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, including

• Whether there are rational reasons for bankruptcy practitioners to prefer Delaware and the Southern District of New York over other venues for Chapter 11 cases
• Whether decisions from the bankruptcy courts in Delaware and the Southern District of New York are more predictable than in other venues, and what factors explain any such differences
• Whether venue reform is needed
