Teddy Kapur has been invited to speak as a guest lecturer at the Insolvency Section of the Mexican Bar Association. He will make a presentation regarding exit strategies from Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Kapur will explain classification, voting and cram down rules with respect to reorganization plans, and he will discuss alternative exit options such as liquidation plans, chapter 7 conversions and structured dismissals.
