- When is the expert necessary? Enterprise valuations (Insolvency, valuation in § 363 sales, and contested confirmation hearings)
- Qualifying the expert: Is he or she qualified to be an expert within the meaning of FRE 702?
- What needs to be presented by the expert? Is the testimony sufficiently reliable and relevant to be admissible as expert testimony?
