Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones Wins Five M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards

The firm is pleased to announced that the following PSZJ representations have been named winners in the 18th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards:

• The reorganization of Cineworld won Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year (Over $1B); PSZJ represented the creditors’ committee in this case.
• The Sec. 363 Sale of VICE Media Group to Fortress Investment Group won Distressed M&A Deal of the Year ($250MM to 500MM); PSZJ represented the creditors’ committee in the chapter 11 bankruptcy of VICE Media.
• The acquisition of Bang Energy by Monster Beverage won Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year ($100MM to $250MM); PSZJ represented Monster Beverage in this deal.
• The restructuring of Party City won Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year ($500MM to $1B); PSZJ represented the creditors’ committee in this case.
• The restructuring and sale of Borrego won Restructuring of the Year ($50MM to $100MM); PSZJ represented the creditors’ committee in this case.
  
  The M&A Advisor Annual Turnaround Awards assembles the leading distressed investing, restructuring and turnaround deal-making professionals to honor their excellence. The nominations, representing over 250 participating companies, were judged by an
  independent panel of industry experts.
  
  The Awards Gala is a feature of the 2024 Distressed Investing Summit. The Summit will take place on March 18-19, 2024, and will feature over 200 of the industry’s leading professionals participating in exclusive interactive forums, sessions, roundtables, and one-on-one meetings led by a faculty of restructuring industry stalwarts.
