Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones Elevates Jason Rosell to Partner
We are proud to announce that Jason Rosell has become a partner of the firm. Jason specializes in complex chapter 11 cases and is recognized as a thought leader on the intersection of cannabis and insolvency issues. Jason has extensive experience representing debtors, creditors’ committees, and asset purchasers in a variety of industries, including technology, aerospace, renewable energy, and retail.
He is a member of the board and president-elect of the Northern California Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, a member of the National Cannabis Bar Association, and has published on the intersection of cannabis and bankruptcy law and possible cross-border solutions in the Journal for Corporate Renewal.
“Jason brings a diverse and refined set of skills to the representation of debtors, creditors’ committees, asset purchasers, and litigants. We value his creativity with respect to complex issues and his leadership,” said Debra Grassgreen, a fellow partner at the firm and current president of the International Insolvency Institute.
Jason earned his B.S. in Computer Information Systems, M.B.A., and J.D. at Arizona State University. He is admitted to practice in California and New York and is resident in the firm’s San Francisco office.
