Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones Named a Winner at the 10th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards
PSZJ took home three honors at the 10th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards. The firm (along with other professionals in the cases) was given the “Technology Deal of the Year” award for its role as debtor's counsel in the restructuring of Allen Systems Group, Inc.; the “Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year (Under $500 MM)” award for its work as committee counsel in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Wet Seal, Inc.; and the “Restructuring Community Impact Award” for its role as debtor's co-counsel in the Alsip Acquisition, LLC insolvency proceedings.
