Robert Feinstein Honored as 2023 “Legal Advisor of the Year” by M&A Advisor
The firm is pleased to announce that Robert Feinstein was recently named “Legal Advisor of the Year” for 2023 by The M&A Advisor as part of its 14th Annual International M&A Awards. Receiving this award is a prestigious honor; each year, The M&A Advisor selects only one attorney for recognition in this category. The awards will be presented at a Black-Tie Gala on Wednesday, September 19-20, 2023, in New York City.
Widely considered to be one of the world’s preeminent crossborder bankruptcy practitioners, Mr. Feinstein was selected based on his work in some of the decade’s most complex crossborder restructuring cases, including those of Cineworld (the world’s second largest movie theater chain) and Highland Capital Management (a contentious case in which related litigation has expanded across multiple U.S. and international jurisdictions). Other recent and high-profile engagements include the bankruptcies of Vice Media, Bed Bath & Beyond, Cinemex Holdings, the Weinstein Company, J.Crew, and Whiting Petroleum, among others.
